Process Specifications:
*Preparation process: manually load the workpiece into hanging baskets
(1)·Impregnation Tank
Put the hanging basket on the lift inside the impregnation tank with a hoist crane ---- Impregnation tank automatically closing lid with pedal ---- Automatic vacuum pumping (-0.099Mpa) and keep 2min ---- Workpiece basket automatically drops to the most top 10-15mm of the workpiece in the lower impregnation solution and keep 10 min ---- Automatically recover the pressure to 0 ---- The hoist lifts automatically ---- Automatically open the lid and alarm
(2)·Centrifuge Fluid Removal Machine
Pick out the basket with a hoist crane and move it into the centrifuge drying machine, to remove the impregnation solution on the workpiece surface.
(Drying machine forward, reverse) --- open lid
(3)·Cleaning Tank I
Pick out the basket with a hoist crane and move it into the cleaning tank I, ---- clean it with cold water (Pedal type automatic pneumatic mixing, from top to bottom several times)
(4)·Cleaning Tank II
Pick out the basket with a hoist crane and move it into the cleaning tank II---- clean it with cold water (Pedal type automatic pneumatic mixing, from top to bottom several times)
(5)·Spinning Spray Cleaning Tank
Pick out the basket with a hoist crane and move it into the spinning cleaning tank ----Pedal type automatic forward cleaning with cold water( pneumatic mixing)----Reverse cleaning with cold water( pneumatic mixing)---- Spray cleaning products with pneumatic pump
(6)·Hot Water Curing
Pick out the basket with a hoist crane and move it into the curing tank---- pedal type closing and opening lid, 90ºC hot water curing , keep 10min, automatic open the lid and alarm.
